We offer a one to one support package that allows us work directly with you and your site, which our existing clients have found invaluable. With our high level of customer service, experience and expertise we can help you to implement and utilize your ATHOS environment.
One to one support is provided via our client support system, live chat and remote control functionality (where required) and our service response time is up to 24 hours during the normal business week (Monday to Friday).
